Nice! Hopefully Roger will still be able to get some good pieces of swamp ash in the future.
Talking about swamp ash. It's been a long time since I posted a photo of my one and only, one piece flamed ash body (and 8.3 lbs to boot):

Fantastic looking body on that one!

I've actually thrown around the idea of getting mine refinished. The bass absolutely slays sonically, and it plays as well as any bass I have owned, but the body doesn't have the prettiest grain. I might send the body to Marty Bell to get it finished. I was considering either Tobacco Burst, or something a little less typical like Rootbeer metallic(basically candy apple brown).

Speaking of Ash, here's some pics of my 2019 NYC 5-24. The chambered body is 2.49lbs unfinished. @Roger and crew picked out beautiful book-matched pieces for the top, and a gorgeous figured piece for the back. Flamey, multi-dimensional, hard to capture in 2D photos. Exceptional work on this one (aren't they all?) and a joy to play as well. Stay safe everyone!
