Yeah, this one sounds exactly like my old 24 frets with soapbar at 60's position, something in between bass with 60s single coils or soapbar at modern position.

The bridge pickup is a Nordstrand Big Rig, which is an amazing pickup! Maybe you knew that. I'd guess 60's position, but I'll let the owner confirm.

They are in 70ies position. The strings are elixir superlights. The Sadowsky strings’ feel is to rough for me and to much high mids.

Thank you, I will give the 40-125 Elixirs try. The regulars felt little bit too stiff and recenttly I have learned to apprecciate the flexible Dunlop Bright Nickels 45 on my NYC 5 JJ. You have a great Sadowsky, must be joy to play and the combination of 70s position with soapbars is clever.
