There was a thread recently in the Facebook group where Roger seemed to leave the door open for the possibility of a German 6 string in the future. He didn't come right out and say yes but also didn't flatly say no like he has in the past either. Of course I would not expect any movement in that direction for quite some time since there's plenty of other models that are already official that need to be brought to market and stabilize.
- If anyone wants my super light 5 string I literally just got let me know as this new listing was the woods I actually preferred (maple neck specifically)
Im a 4 string guy at heart too all of my other basses are 4 but since i picked up my 5 strings ive dedicated all my time to 5 string in an effort to be more proficient.
I hope I dont lose my touch on 4 string

I don't think you'll ever lose ability to play on a 4 string. I find it a bit like riding a bicycle. Sadowsky 5's are awesome though

Agreed, what my thought process going in was its a lot easier for me to jump back to a 4. The first day of playing 5 string was....what a difference 1mm makes hahahahahahahaha
Looks great. I would break my rule of no feedback no sale. It does look great though. Nice price.
You won't lose your touch on a 4 string. I actually went the opposite way of playing on a 5 string for the last 15 years to a 4 string the last 3 and when I don't play a 5 for too long it takes a solid practice session to bring the muscle memory back. Terrific opportunity. I just bought one of the last satin PJ-5's or I would be very interested in this one.
