Btw does anyone know, when Sadowsky added jumper to set the VTC efficiency on their preamps? Quite useful features, did not know about this until I upgraded preamp in my Metro.

Great! I hope also the placement of headstock logos will be as we are used to. The new placement of headstock logo on German four-strings is quite weird.I have instructed them to remove the white logo on the pickups and to use my original logos, except on the MetroExpress.
Is this the same diagram as the NYC Satin as well?Btw does anyone know, when Sadowsky added jumper to set the VTC efficiency on their preamps? Quite useful features, did not know about this until I upgraded preamp in my Metro.

Speaking of Michael Olatuja, everyone NEEDS to check out his album Lagos Pepper Soup. It's incredible.Contrary to the photo caption, I am quite sure this is Michael Olatuja on the bass.
Will that somehow be now incorporating a goats head?We will also be transitioning to my standard headstock logo.
Hi,
Amazed at the price drop of the Warwick Metro Expresses. Does anyone know of the technical/spec diffs between the Warwick/Chinese made and the ones that were made in Japan ??
Thanks

MetroExpress basses will feature 4 and 5 string J-style basses as well as our Verdine White P-J model. Bodies will be lightweight Okoume paired with Maple or Morado fingerboards. Pickups will all be single coil, and the preamp will be the original Sadowsky with Volume-Blend-Treble and Bass controls. Pickup and Vintage Tone Control upgrades will be available for the MetroExpress.
i think i read somewhere you don't have to change the bridge... just the saddles... but i don't know where to get what, so hopefully deepestend or roger chimes in on that.I took an Alleva-Coppolo 4 string in on a trade and it's not for me. I'm going to sell it and get a Sadowsky NYC 4 string. I do like 18mm string spacings on 4 strings. Are the Sad bridges adjustable to 18mm or do I need to change the standard bridge?
This koa is as beautiful as the 25th anniversary models, I hope this goes home with a talkbasser!
