On the vids, if you have a facebook account, I think you can see a couple of the "out front" ones, but not the one he only put on his wall, which only his friends can access. Unfortunately, I think that one has the best bass tone content. Don't worry tho, he's agreed to give me my own private copy, which I'll host and post about.

Even though that recording was done very ad hoc, and the overall quality (while better than I expected) is fairly low, you can really hear the Sadowsky ash/maple/SC growl coming through big time. Just another testament to how "effective" these basses are... even when subject to "sonic oppression".

It sounded great in the house as well, but the camera placement did pick up the bass nicely. GAS!. Not to take anything away from your playing dude, but Majeeda rocked the vocals as well. It sucks that they don't want me back anymore

Awesome. I loved it. The Bass sounded great. Cool Chops Vic.
I have to go in @ 4:00am tomorrow so I stayed up way past my bedtime just to watch this and it was worth everybit of sleep im not gonna get. LOL

My Mac works fine and I guess you have to get the most update ver of Flip4Mac.

+1 Sounds good! Nice example of the Sadowsky J tone with the wonderful ash/maple/single spec... warm but with that nice articulation and that nice lower treble grind that actually makes it through the mix.

I guess the simple answer is that many have found (including me... I've owned basses that allow for string through body and through neck) that string through body versus through bridge (assuming the bridge is high quality) has absolutely no impact on tone nor tension.
