Why is it that Sadowskys aren't string thru body?
I need a number. And a tortoise PG

Don't do it! I love the white pick guard with cherryburst. MHO![]()

Thanks! Actually, the F1, but as you know pretty much the same thing, especially since I didn't use ANY EQ on it. NONE.Yup, that is the Sadowsky tone happening there!
Very nice, Vic. Was that the F500 and the AE410?
The whole bass - rig combo sounded fantastic!
I guess the simple answer is that many have found (including me... I've owned basses that allow for string through body and through neck) that string through body versus through bridge (assuming the bridge is high quality) has absolutely no impact on tone nor tension.
Well, I think that's gonna' be a little bit of a logistical problem. That bass has the universal route, and he's wanting to switch to the traditional P config, and I think he's already ordered his replacement guard. Otherwise, he'd have to order yet another one to keep the same color but switch the P.+1 Leave it alone!
I don't mind if people think I'm a jerk or an idiot![]()

Not to be a "yes man" to Ken, Roger, and many others, but +1 as well.I agree 100%!!

Thank you so much.very nice , you and the bass sound awesome , do I see a amp behind you , or do you guys go direct , we have to go direct at Church , I would love to have my rig up there but , well just no is what im told , all in ears , great job
Thank you so much.
To answer your question, yes, they use stage rigs there, and in my case, I was borrowing Cory's (TB:Saluki) Bergantino AE410, driving it with my Markbass F1. But there's also a full PA with subs, so a DI line was also being used. I do play in another church, however, which is smaller, but the same kind of very progressive/contemporary theme, and they do use strictly IEM's/DI on stage (though still a full PA with subs for the FOH). That church uses an Aviom system for stage monitoring, and I have some dual and also now some triple driver IEM's I use there. Oh, and the Sadowsky sounds phenomenal through those, too.![]()
