Club Sadowsky!!!

I need a number. And a tortoise PG :)

Even though Vic has one more Sadowsky than I do, I like to think that my three cover more ground. :D
'tis true. I just couldn't totally fall in love with the 24-Fret 5, as amazing as it was. Ah well, I guess a man's got to know his limitations, and I do mine. :)

Yes, and I do realize that you are pushing your limits with that one split-P pickup in there... :smug:
Actually, no. You're confusing me with Ken.

:hiding:

Seriously tho, I've always dug the PJ thing, and even solo the P pickup in that bass a lot when I'm playing it... especially in the blues band... you're right, I am basically a "J guy", but there are definitely times I appreciate and even crave the P tone. :)

I have seen all these basses before but I am stunned by them every time. I love Vic's collection because they are Ash/Maple but wow Chef. That is the most beautiful RV5 I have ever seen.

Here is my one and only until my NYC Build is complete.
Ash/Morado UV-70 with SC's.

Well, I'm back in the land of, "Yep, I own two Sadowskys." Excuse the crummy cell phone cam pic...I'll make up for it later, because this finish is just way too cool. :D

My local store got this one in earlier in the week. I saw it last night, and I confess to not really digging the VTN finish at first. Then I plugged it in and played a note. All of a sudden it looked much better. :D :ninja: :D Took about 10 seconds to realize that THIS is the sound I've been after from a Sadowsky Jazz bass. I love everything about it...warm, fat, perfect amount of grind, and of course the Sadowsky sizzle up high and fat 'hit me now' bottom end.

The bad thing about getting a Sadowsky is it makes you start figuring out how to get another Sadowsky!!

I sold all my other basses just as I planned and got the cash I wanted for them (a little better actually). I could pay for the one I just bought and floated on my CC, or I could buy an M24. Hum?
