Club Sadowsky!!!

Didnt realize the club was groin so fast! Seems like everybody has two or more. Well this is my first sadowsky and i can put her down! Had to take some good pics with it.

I ussualy dont take a lot of pics with the bass but this bass is worthy. Lets keep it going :hyper:.

My local store got this one in earlier in the week. I saw it last night, and I confess to not really digging the VTN finish at first. Then I plugged it in and played a note. All of a sudden it looked much better. :D :ninja: :D Took about 10 seconds to realize that THIS is the sound I've been after from a Sadowsky Jazz bass. I love everything about it...warm, fat, perfect amount of grind, and of course the Sadowsky sizzle up high and fat 'hit me now' bottom end.

I love love love the tone of the HCs in my RV4. Don't fix what ain't broken. It sounds like you are digging the HCs that you've got.

Hey! You could fix the "single-coil envy" and just buy an ash/maple MV5 with the SCs and have a choice. I'm certain that Roger wouldn't mind.;)

I think Ken also said he liked the HC's a lot better in the RV5 he had.

Can I join da club? Just picked up this beauty today! :)

Newbie question, but do the necks on these have a deliberate drop-off on the fingerboards at the body-end? When sighting the neck from the bridge, it certainly does appear that way, gives the appearance of having back-bow, even when I don't think there is.

P.S: Sounds KILLER! :)

The short answer is yes. Roger explains why in an excellent video, but I don't have time to link it right now, as I am running off to set up for tonight's show. I'm sure someone will link it, though. :cool:
