You have a level of patience that I can’t even conceive of. I would’ve convinced myself that that sticker was never on the box.
Well bad news. Wrong bass in that blasted box anyways. Beautiful TM5 but not the nighthawk TM4 I wanted.

They sent me the wrong one. Had them both in stock and just goofed. They are taking care of me just for the record. As soon as they can track via ups that I shipped them this one back they will ship the right one 2 day shipping with .... wait for it.......

Good idea for the hard case. I also didn't like Sandberg standard Gig Bag. Sold it only two months after it came. Sandberg should really deliver high end Bass guitars with much better quality Gig Bags.
We all know how this goes. If they included a Hardshell Case with every bass, every bass would be $100 - $150 dollars more. I do wish, however, that if you wanted to upgrade, that the price of the basic gig bag would be deducted from the overall price. One might as well just buy both at the same time because that is what you are paying for. At least that is how it was a half year ago or so.
I've looked on the Sandberg website and can't find cases anywhere. I ran a configurator and I don't see a case option. Also can't find in the webshop. Link anyone? TIA.
I got my Custom ordered TM4 in the box, together with Sandberg Standard Gig Bag which I didn't like, so I sold it.
Just saying that if You order a very expensive custom order Bass, it should arrive in their better version of Deluxe Gig Bag. It should be a price limit or something that separate Standard from Deluxe Gig Bags in deliveries, or simply an option in the Configurator to choose.
By the way, i never saw their hard case either.
I disagree. Nothing is really free and I prefer to just pay for the bass. I know the cases I want for my instruments, and I'd rather buy those separately.

My deluxe is the older one and doesn’t have those stripes
I am pretty sure they do a hard shell - the one I have is a simple rectangular one with maroon furry interior. Came with the bass I bought second hand, may have been aftermarket-but I thought they did one too.
The case is at the bottom of the wardrobe with stuff on, so apologies no photos.
