Club Sandberg (part 2)

Thanks, if that is so it's perfect.

Someone posted these frequencies in an earlier post. This supposedly applies to the Glockenklang 3-band EQ. The Darkglass has bass/mid/high-mid knobs rather than bass/mid/treble like the Glock.

Bass: +/- 15 dB @ 40 Hz (Lows)
Mid: +/- 10 dB @ 550 Hz (Mids)
Treble: +/- 18 dB @ 12 KH (Highs)

That's correct. It's great to have two totally different sounding options with 3EQ :)

Do you have the DG preamp with the Delanos or the Black Labels? Have you compared the two? Wondering if I should try to change my custom order to the DG preamp... I'm getting the Delanos and I love thick mids with options...

I have the Delanos, and after trying it with DG Vintage ultra V2 pedal, I decide to order a DG preamp for bass.
I never find stock 2 band EQs useful, especially hi EQ. DG Hi Mids are much more useful then 2 band Hi for me.
Thick mids are the characteristic of Delanos, but with DG preamp, You can control it much better if You want :)
I didn't have a chance to try Black labels still.

How many of you on here are waiting for their custom orders to finish and ship? Just curious, I placed a custom order for a Lionel 30 inch the first week of Feb before the S@*t hit the fan.
I am. Put in a custom TM4 order in early December. I was told a couple of weeks ago by my US vendor that the factory is still working on orders and that it would be likely be shipped from Germany in mid July.

Cool. I ordered mine with a 3 Band EQ already (the standard) so I could swap out the preamp with a DG easily if so desired since the pots will already be wired for 3 Band. I have the DG vintage preamp pedal as well and love it! (The Deluxe)

Kinda wish our Sandberg rep would check in on some of these threads.
I'm seriously considering getting another Elactra series bass (TT) but they they have all disappeared from Reverb, eBay, and a general Google search.
I spoke with CME today (where I bought my first one) and they said they haven't received s shipment in a awhile.
He also didn't have any idea when or if they would get any.

Are these still available over seas?

The rep Marc recently said in a PM that they are not filling dealer stock or requests at the moment due to COVID but they are working on custom orders right now as priorities. Lets just hope that we can all get back to some sort of normal soon.

They seem to be: [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] although of course when this one is sold it is possible it was the last one in stock and Thomann will also have to wait for re-stocks.

EDIT: Also anybody who starts wanting this one right now, feel free, I can not spend money at the moment so not planning to put it in the shopping cart anytime soon :)

EDIT2: The cream one says available in 4-5 weeks but since I only gas for the black one I can not say how long it has been out of stock. The guestimate may be pushed forward indefinitely till they actually do receive a new shipment.

I own this passive TT4 for about a week, bought it new for ~1200 USD, it's the best sounding bass I ever had, previously owned Sandberg basic 5 but sold it,. Plays like a dream, it's a keeper for sure. Was thinking about buying Fender American Standard, but I'm glad i got this badboy instead. :):):)

The covid hit Germany and Europe a bit before the US and they just shut every non essential business down so I would imagine they will be trying to catch up as Germany seems to be opening up again. BassDirect in the UK has some stock but I don`t know if they ship to the US or if it would be worth your while re the exchange rate.
