huh. I didn't realise there was so much variation in the TSBS signature basses.

my comment was meant for across the range so if you compared 2 basses side by side you would have to make sure they were the same finish - I slightly misread your post and now realise I think you meant mk1 TSBs vs mk2 TSBs - I was commenting on mk1 vs mk 2 across the range

TSBS will likely be finished the same every time unless it was a custom job, but there may be a slight difference between the 1s and 2s

Got Sandberg #2 this week! It’s a nice counterpart to the TM4 I’ve grown to love.
My initial impressions are that the Sandberg pickups seem a bit more “polite” than the Delanos on the TM4.
Now to set it up for C# and play some hardcore on it

Go to their configurator, choose the model and then for finish choose ''aged''. It will be visible down on the page what certain kind of aged contain.

I got it in Detroit at the Motown Museum. They’re expensive ($80), but there was no way I wasn’t going to get it
