Club Sandberg (part 2)

No more Sandbergs for you??

I'm actually considering selling my TM5, but I will never sell my VM2 5.
I know. It’s not that I don’t like it. They are great basses. I just prefer my StingRay5 Specials. When I think bass, it’s that StingRay bounce that I hear in my head. No fault to find with any other basses. But NOTHING else sounds or feels like a StingRay.

Yea I hear you. When I play live I either go with one of my Stingrays or my VM2 5. That's why I'm probably selling the TM, I won't play it live and for a Jazz like sound I prefer my G&L JB-5. I still want a VM 5 for the P bass sound, and with the humbucker it'll probably still work with my bands. I'm trying to get rid of basses I won't play live.

I'm also really picky with colors and aesthetics. I know it's superficial but whatever, it's how I am lol.

Ive come to my senses and pulled the ad. I can't do it. Its too good of a bass to let go. :smug:
Haha, I know that feeling. Last time I did it was with a custom Jazz I had a love hate relationship with. Sounded good but never inspired me and so never ended up in a song. Decided to sell it since I use them for recording and I wasn't recording with it. Changed my mind, then since pulling the ad I believe it's been primary on maybe 70% of the music I've made.

Can I join the club?

Hey,
I recently bought a Sandberg California II VS 4. With it came 3 Allen keys. The middle sized one which I assume should be for the Volume/Tone knob is too big and won't fit. I messaged the store and they send me a new set which of course ended up to be the exact sizes as before.
So, what size do I need for the knobs? So I can just get it myself.

Cheers

I just checked the knobs on my VM5. The Allen key size on mine is 2mm.
