I have a Terra and its great for nearly everything!
Would be great to see someone else with a terra to, as I seem to be the only one around here at the moment.
I have just today put some black nylon flatwounds from Rotosound on it, and really got the sound I was looking for.

Wich number do I deserve for this beauty ? California JJ-5, ash body & birdseye mapple fretboard ... I got it brand new more than two years ago, and it's still like a new bass I want to embrace when I come back home

Oh one more thing, i recently played a Panther and loved that bass! Amazing sound.
I doubt if you will be able to find one the same, your best bet is to contact Sandberg themselves.
They are very helpful & friendly and am sure they will be able to help you out!
Yes contacting Sandberg, I would recomend you comment on the guestbook on theire page and write them an email. They never replied my emails, so I suppose the guestbook is a better choice.
If they don't reply I recommend you to contact the guys from www.musik-schmidt.de they have very many Sandberg basses in theire store and I bet they could get a cover for you.

Yes, the guys in this shop are very friendly too (got my bass from them, after asking them a lot of question about options and availability etc., and they always answered my email helpfully)

I bought a Sandberg California JJ with 3 band-equalizer and a Markassar top + matching headstock. I'm really happy with the bass.
It's so much better than a fender(MIA) and it costs almost the same (atleast here where i live (Belgium)).
I paid it 1490 euros.

I recently picked up this Panther (the only one in the US apparently) from LDS. I am still not sure what my thoughts on it yet. It wasn't cutting quite like I prefer during band practice, but then the preamp died before I had a chance to really experiment.
Today I am taking it in to get the preamp replaced. And I will then make a decision as to whether to keep it. It is a very well made bass, and aesthetically very pleasing. I am anxious to get in up and running again.

Hi guys, bought myself a california Supreme JM 4 in Cream last week - WOW! what a bass! In fact i liked it that much I went out and bought a California JJ 4 in 3 Tone Sunburst yesterday. I love them, finally I've found the right basses (now I can sell some of my others as sandberg are the business).

I really love that Markassar top, could you please tell us if the sound is influenced by the top and how it sounds or any soundclips. Also very happy that you are enjoying ur Sandberg!

I hope for you that you get that problem fixed. There are quite some people which complained that they also have had problems with the Glockenklang preamp, seems that they have a little quality issue on that... But it sounds really good, and you will defnatly be happy with it once it's replaced.
Please keep us up to date with your bass, and you can get a number if you wish.

Its amazing, i didn't manage to play it much cause its on setup etc... but it looks and feels like no other.
I wanna thank Brian from The Low End on the prompt and great service i got from him great shop and great man.
