I did too I'll have to ask Ben I don't hear any Fender in there if Fenders sounded that good they wouldn't be able to keep them on the shelves ? I hear more Mesa/Ampeg.

I was pretty far back in the beer garden, so I won't swear on it but it didn't *look* either of the last two bands had any back line. C&C def. sounded better (as in fuller tones) than BTBAM. I felt like I was at guitar center when they were on stage.

Speaking of Sunn - that's what I hear with the Meatsmoke. More Mesa than Ampeg imho, but the grind when you want it evokes the Sunn Gods from on high! I won't run the overdrive channel for most of my gigs, but it sure gives the head and the pedal another dimension.

Made from all recycled material. Actually, its just stuff I didn't know what to do with from my shelf... :rolleyes:

Step One: Local upholstery friend cuts and glues industrial foam to fit old Anvil Briefcase.

Step Two: Pedal sits snug in insulation.

Step Three: Extra layer with phallic cut (hey, its the effects forum - pretty common around these parts) to keep the knobs safe.

^I've been trying to do the same thing for the last two weeks, only I can't find the right case. Got one today, but it's a tad too small :/

I don't want to fork out the loot for a brand new one, so I'm keeping my eyes open on good freebies or cheap options. I got a free pelican case from work back in early 2011 that I ended up molding to fit my STM-900. I just have to keep an eye out for something similar or another case for the MSpre.

It's weird because I think it's more responsive than a standard Fender Tone Stack Ben said it was similar but not exact. I have mine at

Bass- noon
Mid - 11:00
Treble - 11:00

I love this setting I get a nice deep tone and it really brings my pedals alive.
