Over here, it's coke for a coke, fanta for fanta, sprite for sprite, pepsi for pepsi etc etc. Occasionally people will say 'Fizzy drinks'. Heh.
They tried Dr.Pepper over here a few years ago, then it just kinda disapearedI liked it =/

edit: logistics tell me carbonation would make that prohibitive...but I was just curious.
