This has nothing to do with his Ice Cream and I don't know if you guys have seen this ad in the US/Canada, but here in Oz he does a joke one liner in an ad where he compares himself to our Koala "Bear"

"I'm like your Koala. Adorable, yet if provoked...deadly."

He says it so seriously that I crack up every time they run that part of the ad...

And we don't have koala "bears" in Australia eithers, they're just Koala's. The only bears we have here are the forest drop bears. . .

Oh, and I like ice cream but it gives me brain freeze a lot of the time.

I've known about this for quite sometime and when I first heard it I couldn't believe it, lol. Steven Colbert is by far one my favorite "news" anchors on TV. I like him way more than Jon Stewart. I think he is incredibly hilarious, and his own Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream flavor really just fits him, IMO. Saying all that, I want to try it REALLY bad.

finally got it!

there's a ben and jerry's in gainesville, and they had the flavor.

i ate the pint over two days. very good! (although on the second day, the cones weren't as crunchy. i put it back in the freezer, i swear!)

i'm not a ben and jerry's expert, so i can't say if it's their best flavor ever. (my roommate swears there used to be a similar flavor called "coney island crunch" or something.) but it's worth getting, at least once.

it has "twice as much caramel as the louisiana purchase," after all.

Willie Nelson was on Colbert's show last night. Colbert "complained" about Willie's Peach Cobbler flavor being released at the same time as the Americone Dream, and stealing Colbert's thunder. Evidently Willie's ice cream has been temporarily recalled, because the label failed to list wheat as an ingredient. Willie's comment?
"I thought they said weed!"

Gotta love that Willie!

Willie is great. I never started listening to Willie until he got busted for pot many years back. I've been digging him ever since. I'm not a big country listener, but I have like 6 of Willies albums.
