Hey COCTBr's....

I know a bunch of you guys are in Aurora (Nilla, I'm looking at you) and are geeky enough to go to a midnight showing of Batman (Still looking at you, Nilla)

So sound off guys... we all want to know if you and your loved ones are safe.

My heart and thoughts go out to all of the victims of this tragic, senseless act.

Everybody else: go do something nice for someone today.

Terrible. The theater is just miles from my house; you can see it from the Air Force Base. Reports of military there, possibly injured, but none killed.

My sister is flying in from California next week. Got this text from my my mom:
"If Leann was already in CO, she wouldve wanted to go see Batman last night with you."

I'm all good down here in Aurora. None of my friends or family went to that theater last night. That is more of a rough part in Aurora, so I generally stay away from the Aurora Mall area. Plus, I'm getting too old for midnight releases! I will be seeing it after my UMS set on Sunday though.

Very sad to hear about it though. One of my employees was in a chair right next to a girl that was killed. Talk about traumatizing.

Too old for midnight showings... you and me both. Glad to hear you're good.

What a terrible tragedy. This marks the second shooting here in Colorado, in a public place, in the last month or so. That female officer was gunned down at the Jazz show not too long ago. What a bad deal. My heart goes out to all who were involved and their loved ones.
