Go for the GK then! If you need more later, get the MBP115. It's a powered extension that runs with the MB combos. You'll have a modular, 400 watt, 2-115 setup.
Rumble 200, it is more flexible, allows an extension cabinet and has more tone options and features. It also seems to be louder and more efficient.

The Rumble 200 is a great choice. It's light, loud, and powerful, has a great tone, and can take an extension cab if you need it later. You can't really go wrong with it.
Look up a dude named Kyle Sevenoaks on FB. He is in Oslo, and he's a great bass player. He'll have suggestions for you.
Check out the Guitar Center used gear site. I recently picked up a GK MB212 500watt combo for $424. I also got a Fender MIM Pbass for $349. There are good deals to be had there.

If you have a store that carries Marshall amps, you can order Eden gear through them.
The Eden EC-210 is 180 watts with two 10's. Great for practice amp or small to medium gigs. You'd need more speakers for large club and although you can hook them up, the amp will only run the extension speakers if you do. That's because the internal speakers are 4 ohms to get the most out of that amplifier as is. Street price in the US is $399.99. Here's a review of it from Bass Musician Magazine:

If you can find an Eden Metro used (also a 210 with a much more powerful amp) that would be a great choice. It runs 300-watts in to 8 ohms, 500 into 4 ohms, and 750 watts into 2 ohms. So it's very versatile. It also has two channels. One is a hybrid preamp with a nice warm sound and the other is an FET preamp without the warmth of the hybrid. So lots of sound choices. only problem is that it is heavy and of course you can't buy one new because they were discontinued long ago. Still, if there's much of a used market in your area, keep your eye out for one.

Isn't EBS well represented in Norway? Would kind of make sense, what with Sweden right next door.
The Magni 500 might be what you're looking for, although I haven't a clue what the pricing is like.

Plenty of EBS gear available in Norway, but it's well outside the OP's budget, I think. The Magni 500 starts at 60% more than the Rumble 200. The EBS Classic 120 is on a par with the Rumble pricewise, but is a little underpowered, and has no option for an extension cab. Besides, the Classics aren't exactly lightweight, if that's a consideration. Neither are the Magnis, for that matter.

I owned a GK 700 head with 210 and 115 cabs. Now I have the GK MB210 II. I think they are a good deal for the money. Maybe you can find something used in your price range. The MB210 II combo has both a speaker out jack for adding a second cab and an XLR out for going into a PA system or powered second cab. You will never be under powered for your jam or gig needs. I recently got an Ibanez Promethean 500 1x15 combo... they're trying to clear them out everywhere as they have been discontinued, but my lord are they fantastic little units.
Lots of power. Second choice was a Hartke 2x10 (can't remember the model) as they're also discontinued but fantastic sounding.

+1 more for the Fender Rumble 200 combo!
It really is the best choice 
Haven't played Rumble, but I am very happy with my MB115. How loud it gets depends on what sound are you looking to produce. MB115 is very flat and efficient with mids, so if you use passive Precision and set it flat, you can carry even mid size club! But if you use active Jazz mids-scooped bass-heavy sound, you will need a lot more power and speaker surface than these GK and Fender combos have.
Try GK MB115, I doubt you will be sorry.
