I was wondering, what kind of results you could get by plugging a cable from the headphone jack of a 25 watt combo into a 4 by 10 cab input. Any volume at all?

Combo Amp w/ Cab...

Curious George suxx0rs and must die! Cheesy headlines with no specifics deserve no answers. I clicked this thread link by mistake. So I suppose I must offer up a clue: use search or RTM.
Ditto on all that. Since you are a new member, study how most posters title their threads. Put initial info or question in the thread title and elaborate in the body of the post.
Titles like "Curious George" that have nothing to do with the subject are considered BS and bad form.
Also, take the time to fill out your profile so that other's can view your equipment setup and get some clue as to what gear you are asking about. You ask about a headphone jack but offer no specifics on the particular amp. Results could vary depending on brand and model.
Just look around the forum and observe how everyone else does it and learn! I promise you'l get more respect and help if you follow these tips!

It's a 25 watt combo with a 12'' speaker, does brand change anything? The cab is a ashdown 4 x 10
I could be wrong, but I'd guess you'd probably hear a very low volume level for a few seconds while soon observing smoke billowing out of your combo...
If your combo doesn't have a line out or fx-send jack, you could probably connect your headphone jack to a poweramps input, which would then power your 4x10 cab.
That's why I suggested what I suggested!
With a known brand and model, someone else might have had experience with it.
typical impedence of a set of headphones: ~600 ohms

Not to mention the difference in output.
Headphone amp circuits depending on stereo/mono layout can often be used to drive a preamp/head/poweramp though.
