Complaining About Bandmates

Let’s turn the table on the complaints about band members. What are some complaints you suspect band members have had about you?

Some Examples:

Complains Too Much
Smells Like a Camel

Drunk Often

I’m sure some of us are the 100% ideal bass player in all situations, and are justified is bashing our bandmates. This thread is for the rest of us losers. Enjoy.

Well, because I'm female and I sometimes express an opinion, I imagine they think I am sometimes "difficult."

But possibly....

1) insists on carrying a sub from the door into the trailer all by himself. ( in my defense, I’m impatient, and consider it a ‘workout’
2) does not only play the root....
3) needs to smile more

I guess my number one is to have more stage presence. At my last gigs two audience members came up to me and mentioned my statue-like performance. They actually liked that, made me look like I'm 100% focused on the music, but some of my band mates don't like when I freeze up on them.

I could be more confident in my playing, even if I don't know the song that well. It's something I notice myself and it has been mentioned to me already - if I'm not sure what to play, I move out of the way of the band and play much quieter. Apparently they'd rather I play the wrong stuff, but with conviction.

I complain too much about volume.

I am more focused on the theory aspect of music than the performance of it (ties into #1), always looking like I'm in the wrong band

I smell like a camel

My personality is too introverted, bordering on seeming disinterest in my fellow musos

Doesn't get drunk often enough

Doesn't know how to have fun

Always too tired and strung-out, no energy

Can't or won't sing backup

I get annoyed that if I play one clam in a whole $#@%in 4 hour gig, everyone turns around and gives me the stinkeye. it's not like it's a clam free environment outside the rhythm section.

I've mellowed with age but I remember being told my stage antics were too distracting. My response was to suggest they up their game.
