I had some of those Beatles bubblegum cards myself. Long gone of course. But oddly, Heritage Auctions (HA.com) periodically features "Non-Sports Trading Cards" and one such auction is pending on 19 Dec 2024 (next week as of today). But never have I seen any of these 1960s B&W cards come up for auction. It's like they never existed. Does anyone reading this actually possess any of these trading Beatles cards?I spared the story about the Beatles photo with all of them having short hair.
Back when I was a kid in the mid 60s, there were Beatles Bubble Gum cards. Yeah. Like buy the gum and there were several Beatles photo cards that came along.
Truly, a "voice from the heavens".
Very cool pic! I've never seen a photo with a guitar/bass in Ringo's hands. Go Ringo!!!Rory Storm and the Hurricanes with Ringo on guitar.
Ooh, Roxie Roker…
I always loved The Ronettes, and thought Estelle was especially gorgeous!!
