They will be coming back in the new year to make up for the cancelled tour last summer; there were some SO health issues that had to be resolved.
c1950 the Hollywood Palladium, Los Angeles with Lionel Hampton on stage.
everybody has been on that stage and I saw a bunch from this view on the dry half of the wraparound balcony. the other was the bar.

Trower just completed his US tour, some live material will be out. “I’m thrilled that I’m releasing a new single on Oct. 30 titled Day Of The Eagle.
this is the only shot I've found showing Robert Fripp on stage during his tour with Peter Gabriel in 1977, at the ROXY in Hollywood, which were the only shows Fripp ventured out from behind the curtains to actually be seen on stage or properly introduced. starting in NYC he'd hid from view that entire month, usually being referred to as Dusty Rhodes, but for these performances he chose to sit front and center near the edge. I made sure my table was right there to watch him tear it up on his '59 Black Beauty, within reaching distance. King Crimson were long gone and Genesis had evolved so this pairing along with an All-Star band was epic, a total surprise opportunity, and a once in a lifetime chance. we got 4 shots in LA, 2 acts / 2 nites, and the place was packed for all. fortunately, the first show was broadcast live and the rest bootlegged by taper legend Mike 'the mic' Millard. I don't think Robert uttered a single word the whole time, just stoically made all the famed sounds he's known for on the LP, and more. having been a massive fan of KC but only marginally for Genesis it was totally new to me except that I liked Peter's debut solo album and knew him to be quirky and dramatic, he was in casual dress yet in prime form, I doubt any Genesis fans were disappointed and when he encored with nods to that era the already ecstatic crowd exploded.
