The good Doctor wrote a number of cool tunes that he himself never recorded, to my knowledge; here’s a couple of my faves...
These two always had a knack for rescuing down on their luck guitar players from obscurity;)...


This NYC trio truly was obscure, could never find much info on them, but somehow my local midwest hippie FM station got ahold of their album, and this Rebennack track was the key song...
