Saw a "Corbin" J-bass knock off today.
Anybody know anything about them, what's the skinny.

I know I hadn't heard of them, but for $80.00 not bad.
I was just hoping someone had some insight.
If I had asked about SX, 500 people would have responded.

There's a new batch of brands on eBay, coming from the Chinese bulk factories. All are inexpensive, and seem to be "not bad for the price". It's hard to say anything specific.

I had a Corbin semi hollow tele once for a little while. It was decent. I'd say as good as SX. Can't speak about the basses specifically though.
