Cort A5 Custom Z

I have an A6, which is pretty much the same bass with an extra string and a maple top instead of zebrano. These are great basses and good value for the money. Mine also has a killer B-string.
I played one or two of the zebranos in a shop a while back and they differed quite a bit in weight. Go and try one yourself, that is the only way to find out whether you like it. Apart from that, take a look at this thread:

Thanks alot man for your advice!But the place selling this bass is a long drive. How much did you get the A6?
The Cort A5 Custom Z is an awesome bass! I bought mine about a month ago and it is the second best bass that I have ever owned or played next to a Ken Smith! Having owned a Smith, an Alembic, a USA Cirrus 5 and a Warwick Thumb 5 BO, the A5 Custom Z is, IMHO, the best bass for $1000 and less and one of the best basses for the money, period! What's crazy is that I played and heard other basses with Bartolini pickups and preamps and didn't care for the tone with the exception of Roscoe, Warrior, Curbow and Sukop. I didn't find out until very recently that the other basses that I didn't like did not have USA Bartolini pu's. The A5 Custom has USA MK5 Barts and the MK1 preamp. The tone is awesome! This video helped convinced me that I had to have one of these basses:
