Cosmetic jazz bass mods

Just bought a truss cover for my Gretsch guitar from them. Very nice work and quality.

@steve_kyle - I completely agree, Mike at Quick Guards does fantastic work! His quality is second to none, and the designs he's created and materials he uses have a depth and richness to them that I have not seen anywhere else.

I had him make me a back-painted gold Rickenbacker 4003 set a few years ago, as well a Fender Jazz Bass pickguard in this Ocean Turquoise Gold Sparkle color:

His Tobacco Leaf design is absolutely stunning IMO. Can you imagine how killer this would look on a Jazz Bass or P-Bass?

Hey everyone! Ive been thinking about switching up a few things on my 2011 USA jazz bass. Ive had it for 5 years now and absolutely love it, but Im kinda sick of the tortise shell pickguard(its got some nasty damage from like a chemical or something) and felt like spicing it up a little bit. (I did the same with my usa p bass). What ideas do you guys have? New knobs? Pickup covers? New pickguard?

Dont need new pick ups because these are SWEET. I believe they are custom shop 60s pickups. Neck is perfect as well!

Please save the "its perfect how it is" comments lol. Like I stated im kinda sick of tortoise shell and would like to change it up. Ive been leaning pearloid for a while. Again thanks everyone!

send me the neck and start over .. hee

seriously, my first thought was mint, then I saw the paisley earlier and really looked good on that color.
