That is, in the end, all that matters.

Veebass, you had me at Cherry bomb -laltey one of my favorites!!
Well, there's another one to work on this weekend (I already added someone else's suggestion for Green-Eyed Lady). Actually, I bet I'm not the only one who picks up (steals) great ideas for lesser-known songs on TB. It's one of the great added benefits of this site, for both bassists and their audiences (and why a thread like this is so good). Thanks.Haven't tacked that song yet, but 'Hey Now What You Doing' from the same New Order Album is also pretty fun to play, and you don't need sequencers to do it.
Damn.. Now that is a packed night!!! How long are your sets typically with this type of lineup?
Hey dude I noticed the photo you attached says Wilmington! I'm starting at UNCW this August and it's good to know there'll be at least one band playing some rad music! Are there many other bands around the city that play music by similar artists as you guys? This is for our next gig. 90's with a light sprinkling of 80's.

PS. When I get to town I'll be sure to check you guys out!
That sounds awesome! I'll definitely be in contact with you when my move-in date gets closer. Just out of curiosity though, what is the general age-range of the bands in Wilmington? Considering the college I would imagine there'd be a bunch of 18-21 year olds in bands, but that's not necessarily good or bad. I've only heard good things about the scene there!I invite you to sit in with us at a practice when you get here. Bring your bass or use one of mine! Just drop me a line when you are here.
