I had that as a single when I was younger. I honestly didn't know it was a Springsteen song.
Excellent cover. Definitely like it better than the original, which is also quite good and used very effectively in an episode of Homicide.
I'm very excited to check this out.

These are all songs that give me the most intense feelings/energies possible as a child listening to the radio riding around in the back seat of my parents car.
I at first was surprised that they were covers, but then I was completely baffled when the originals had almost no energy to them.

I like hendrix watchtower better. I think the She's so heavy cover by coroner is better than the Beatles.
I love the band, 'Address Not Found'... I believe they covered a lot of tunes by 'Change Of Address'...

This still holds up nicely... the whole thing. These guys opened with "Helpless" when I saw them in 1998.
+1 to Blinded by the Light. IMHO, the most creative/radically different cover that is also superior to the original.
