Yashin's cover of Wherever i may Roam by Metallica. I have no idea who Yashin are or how it even made it on to a CD but my gosh is it terrible

99% of all Beatles covers.
And your non-sucking 1% would be.....?
Joe Cocker's "I GET BY WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM MY FRIENDS"?....

Jimi covering Sgt. Peppers. Stevie covering Taxman. Elvis singing Yesterday.
As I recall, Aerosmith's cover of Come Together didn't suck so much as it just sounded like the same song with Tyler's vocal over it.
"Knocking on Heaven's Door" and "Live and Let Die" by GnR are probably 2 of the worst covers of all time. I can't think of a band that has done so many covers so badly.
"Turn the Page" by Metallica...they just don't get it.
There are also a lot of great Blue Oyster Cult songs,so why cover "Astronomy"? I'm not sure how no one has mentioned this yet, but how about every song/cover form Weird Al Yankovic.
Here's my 1%
Stevie Wonder 'We Can Work It Out'
Stanley Jordan 'Eleanor Rigby'
Echo & The Bunnymen 'Ticket To Ride'
Bee Gees 'She Came In Through The Bathroom Window'
Siouxsie & The Banshees 'Dear Prudence'
Eddie Vedder 'You've Got To Hide Your Love Away'
And there's a few more that are semi decent, but most Beatles covers blow chunks.
I really dig Lakeside's cover of "I Want To Hold Your Hand":Jimi covering Sgt. Peppers. Stevie covering Taxman. Elvis singing Yesterday.
As I recall, Aerosmith's cover of Come Together didn't suck so much as it just sounded like the same song with Tyler's vocal over it.
