Crazy new expression pedal

Damn! If only you could have an option for different ohm pots. My Eventides don't play well with 10k pots (or linear ones for that matter). But what an awesome device. I love having separate control of two devices with one foot. So cool to be able to change two different pedal's parameters in different amounts at the same time!

I've been expecting to see one of these at some point. About ten years ago a guitarist friend of mine said he wanted to invent a dual axis expression pedal, i told him that someone probably already thought of it and is developing it. Took longer than I expected to see it actually be made though. Very cool.

I really don't think I am coordinated enough for something like that....

Seriously. But for those of you who are, it looks amazing.

Imagine connecting that to all the expression pedal functions of a Moog MF104 delay?!?

Yes, looks like it's just two expression jack per axis. Handy if you want to connect two effects per controller I guess.

Something I don't see mentioned is if there are any adjustments for those pots, I would have liked to see some trim pots to set low/high limits.

I don't really get the 4 pots thing. I mean, I have two axis, heel-toe and left-right. How come 4? Is it just twice the same?
Yeah- means you can have two different functions on each axis to chose from by switching pedals on/off, or adjust simultaneously if you leave everything on.

Pairing this thing with an Expressionator would make it possible to hit a footswitch to decide which function it would control for one axis, or with 2 Expressionators you could chose for both axis'. It would just cost you like $700-800 in expression parts!

That would be easy enough for them to add I'm sure- it seems likely that they build them to order or in small batches at this point.

Someone beat me to the punch that this is not a "new" idea, it's definitely been done before---I was thinking at least of the Zooms (heck, I have one for guitar), I didn't know about the Fender. It may be a great implementation, but it's definitely not a brand new idea...not that it needs to be, just clarifying the facts!
