Crazy new expression pedal

I like that someone has brought this to market but the way I use expression pedals means I often have to park them in fairly accurate positions and I don't think I could do that on the X axis.

Fair enough about its newness. The Fender was a freestanding one very similar to this, but it was not strictly an expression pedal. I'm a little surprised Zoom never made a free-standing one. Some of them, if I understood correctly, are actually "3-axis" if you cheat a little---toe/heel controls one axis, and then mid-point/right is one thing and mid-point/left is another, although you can't control those two simultaneously and you're always in "heel" position for one when you move in the other direction.
