Hi!

Pretty cool! What event? Where? Was there beer? ;)

Thank you for your indulgence,

BassCliff
It's a thing in East Grand Fork, MN put on by a pizza place and others. Up North (the name of the pizza place) Festival. This is the 2nd year. It was us, James Otto and Blackhawk. Yes there was beer...and tons of people. If you have Facebook there's pictures on Russel Hons Photography.

Awesome!

Inquiring minds want to know...:smug:

What was the best thing that happened? What was the worst thing that happened? :D

Hmm. Nothing really on the bad side. We did this same gig last year so we and the sound company knew ahead of time all our needs...and our sound guy works for them for his "day job" so that's handy. Not the best pay (we're just a local cover band opening for the opener) so there's that, but it was a good cliche "exposure" gig. I think I made $125 for the 90 minute set.

On the plus side...biggest crowns we've had...and held...probably ever. We've been a band for about 2+ years now. They were ready for more when we were done so that was cool. A couple guys from "the tour bus" poked their heads out during our set and a couple sat on lawn chairs and listened so that was nice of them.
