Cry Baby Wah GCB-100 Problem

I just purchased a "like new" original Cry Baby Bass Wah on eBay for $18. This thing was in the original box and everything, but when I plugged it in no wah... just the sound of my bass was coming through. I tried fresh batteries and my 9v powersupply, but no luck. I checked all of the wiring and nothing appeared to be fried, I posted some pictures below. ANY advice would be greatly appreciated!

Yeah, probably the switch I'd think, but to be honest I've had that model, and I don't think you're missing anything.

Ya, the switch was jammed, thanx guys! And I agree with you Mark, if I had payed more than $20 for this thing I would have been a little disappointed.
