I bought a set of Legends from the TB store back in early February and when I finally got around to putting them on a few weeks ago, the A and E were obviously defective. It looked like the outer wrap didn't get wound correctly. They were rough, un-even and lumpy feeling.
I sent an email explaining the problem to DR's CS and got a reply right away. They asked me to send the strings to them so they could try to figure out the issue. In the meantime they got a replacement set in my mailbox in about 5 days.
