It was up for £300 a few weeks ago - still too much, but lacking the 'Collectors Item' tag in the title

I'd love one but I can't stand the serial pisstakers or people who think that what is essentially a Matsumoku P-Bass (or belt sandered SR500 in the case of this thread) can command such a price

I saw that listing this morning and scratched my head when the bass's owner was described as being "the Southern Tier's favored bassist". I live in the Southern Tier (south upstate New York/north PA region) and have never heard of him or his bands.
