What color is good?

Only the finest dining room tabletop natural! Alternatively all of the colors of the rainbow with flames, burl, and a bevel. As others brought out it has to look expensive or else.

On serious note: what production model is closest to what you want? Your demands aren't really that usual or specialized other than your scale length requirement.

All I want is just a longer neck to fit my lanky ape arms. Just give me a 9 foot scale length and I'll be happy.

Scale length is not really the sole determinate of how far you need to reach. It more determines the "length" of the semitone on the neck. After that, the position of the bridge on the body and the length of the body itself create the "size" of the bass.
