Custom Rickenbacker Pickguards?

I got a black pearloid pickguard from pickguardian.
and bought a piece I could cut myself for the TRC.
These don't look this "bright" normally but the flash from the camera makes them look really bright. They're normally much darker.

Has anyone ever purchased a custom pickguard, from Tone-Guard? The pickguards are all aluminum, and some of the finishes look very nice

The white pearloid definitely takes a better picture, IMO and looks better with sharkfin inlays as opposed to dots like mine.
Gonna revive an old thread here if that's ok. What will look good with a Fireglo finish? I don't want to do White or red and I'm unsure if I would want to do black.

Whatever you do come up with why are you considering Wrong Dimensions for a pickguard in the first place?

I dunno, I guess I am the odd man out here - but I could never see covering up all that incredible wood on my mapleglo in 1976 with cheap plastic. Made my own pickguard out of a beautiful thin piece of mahogany. Doesn't matter to me the pattern or color, plastic is still plastic.

FWIW, I last week I ordered and received a bridge pick-up guard for my Ric from Pickguardian. I was/am overwhelmed with their customer service. Sent an email to the general Pickguardian email address with few questions which Tony promptly answered. Every email was quickly responded to and my order was shipped almost immediately after I placed it. I wasn’t sure which version of the pick-up guard I needed, so he sent me both and only billed me for one! When does that ever happen these days? Obviously, I sent back the one I didn't need.
