D.I.Box/Amp Simulator - Active/Passive input...

I have recently purchased a Behringer's Stomp box, It's D.I.Box/Amp Simulator BDI-21.. Please help me, I don't know if I should rather plug it into passive or active input on my combo.... Please help me////

I allways plug into passive input, no matter what is before, passive bass, active bass, effects.... If this input overdrives the preamp, I plug into active.
