DAMAGED SPEAKER?

Hi everybody!

I just would like to know your opinion guys about this speaker...

It belongs to an Ampeg 410HE and as you can see it looks as if something (silicone?) is coming off its surround...the cab is on sale as a second hand, I had a good blast with it and it sounds as it's supposed to, but of course I wouldn't like to idea to have to replace the speaker too soon!

Besides the residue on the surround, does this speaker apear to be identical to the other 3?

There's some of that residue on the other ones too...it looks like the cab had been left unused for a while...but yeah apart from that they all look (and work) fine...

I've seen speakers with a surround coating before but I've never noticed any that were flaking off like that.
I'm thinking It might not really be a big problem but maybe someone else will pop up that knows for sure.
