It's the same problem I have with shirts and mugs and stuff.

It's a huge up front expense and the shipping per item is high.

I don't think people would spend $20 on a mug.

But maybe i could theat merch as a loss leader or something you can get with pedal orders only.

Or sell bundled merch packs.

I would buy a bag. I’m not always a pick player but those are the only picks I like

There are print-on-demand services. One of my projects is setting up an online store for merch. We won’t have anything on hand except for a few samples. It cuts into your profit margin, but it saves several headaches. You’d be shocked on what people with disposable income are willing to spend it on.

My Damnation Audio pick is very cool, but it's just a souvenir. I rarely play with a pick and when I do it's a .83 in the standard shape, so I wouldn't buy any more DA picks.

I already have a DA t-shirt, but would go for a sweatshirt or hoodie. Maybe other stuff too.

I had the Gasoline into MBD-1 combo cooking tonight at band practice and DAMN it was awesome! My fEARful cabs were spewing hot magma...sounded so cool to my ears...thick and mean, but still clear. The depth knob on the MBD-1 puts such a big booty on my tone! I'm going to be recording demo tones this weekend to share with y'all .
