Date on 2020 MIM Geddy Lee Jazz

Curious about the date I'm seeing on my new MIM Fender Geddy Lee sig.
I see a 76 then 1990 very clearly. The neck was Mar 4, 2020.

I don't see any date but the 1990.
Any ideas?
