Dating MIM precision body

I have a beautiful new MIM Fender Precision body that I'm using in a new build. However, I can't identify the production year from the markings in the neck pocket or the barcode in the pickup cavity. I've attached a few pics in case anyone has some guidance or experience with these markings.
The model is 099-8010-732
