Our 1st big gig since Covid. "The Bourre" in Atlantic City NJ. Beautiful sunny day. We shared the stage with 3 bands. A debut 15 minute acoustic set with "Red Rose Rebellion", then "Shayds of Gray"(us), followed by two metal bands, "Rat Rod" and "As We Become Ghosts." The bass player of Rat Rod offered me his Ampeg SVT with 4x10 to use which I immediately accepted. It sounded awesome, all I had to do was bring my bass. The place was sold out and it was a pleasure to play to a packed house. I forget to take a food picks as I devoured my blackened chicken sandwich with chips and pickles and realized shoot, I cant post again without food pics. So I followed the waitress into the kitchen where they allowed me to take food shots. This is a Cajun BBQ joint so behold and enjoy the videos, some blurry as camera took a dump.

Off topic! I'm new here, and just saw your handle. I'm guessing that you were a dBase programmer from last century. :D

God to see you playing again.
Yes.. you caught that.. Your giving away your age here. I didn't use Dbase but used other 4gl software at the office. When joined TB I wanted to use Dbass but it was taken so I tried Dbase and it took, once entered you couldn't change it. I still dabble in Visual FoxPro 7 which is basically Dbase for windows. Oh, and welcome to Talkbass.

Looks like a fun gig, good to see "life" going on.

At least you admitted you cheated on the food shots, hate to think you ate all that before a gig.

Thanks for sharing.
I didn't want you to scold me again for lack of food pictures. You should have heard me giving the explanation to the chef in the kitchen as to why I wanted a picture of their food. Probably thought I was the local heath inspector.. they were more than helpful.
