De Tuner pedal

I know.. drop D.. lol.. is there a pedal, besides an Octaver.. that can simulate dropped notes.. like 6 string or lower.. maybe 5..

also wondering about pedal board recommendations.. I have a great setup.. it's all over the place.. I need to add a pedal that can drop me way way down when necessary.. suggestions about pedal boards and de tuning appreciating. I don't play a 5 string..

I have 4 pedals without the detuning/drop pedal.

Eventide Pitch Factor or Morpheus Drop Tune Pedal off the top of my head but I have no experience with either and am not sure how they work on Bass. I believe I have read on here about some folks being successful with the Eventide but I can't remember seeing anything on the Morpheus.

For pedal board, around here the consensus seems to be Pedal Train and to stay away from powered boards. So maybe a Pedal Train Mini or Jr.
