Volume/Blend/bass/trebleVery cool. I had no idea it was a 35". It honestly feels like less of a reach than my Squier. I'm looking forward to spending some quality time with it to figure out the controls. I've never had an active bass before.

Sorry for delay in responding. I switched course and purchased Ibanez grooveline and it was great bass but couldn’t get action right . Fought with seller on reverb and he agreed to return . I just ordered Warwick corvette standard 5string from sweetwater . Reg price 3340 it was dent and scratch my price $2200So what did you ultimately do?
Gotta try the Edge Pro 5 string sometime. I think you would have saved yourself from a hassle and definitely saved some coin.Sorry for delay in responding. Already had Dean edge pro 4 and neck had slight bow in it… also didn’t like bridge … other than that it was great bass for slap . Had lotta bite when I cranked up amp . However sweetwater made me offer I can’t refuse on GPS corvette standard 5 . At my age this might be my last bass purchase so I’m gonna make it a bass that’s a keeper … has return policy and 36 month payment plan and 2yr warranty . German Warwick's are nice though.
Funny... We're getting to the point in our lives where we're thinking , this could be my last purchase, better make it a good one...Already had Dean edge pro 4 and neck had slight bow in it… also didn’t like bridge … other than that it was great bass for slap . When I get home I can post a catalog page.Hey guys Anyone know if the Korean made Neck through Edge Pro 5 with the EMGs are 35" scale?
Just measure from the nut to the 12th fret and multiply by 2I don't care if I sound like I am a novice. Tell me how to check/tell.

If you really like Spector, see if you can find a Dean Edge Select Model (Select, Improv, Custom) from 1999 to 2001. They were made in the same factory in Czech Republic as Spector back then.Cha-ching! 35" scale, beautiful, I think I'm going to go ahead and snag one of these that's for sale. I was a huge spector guy but cant deal with their reach. these look to have better reach since the horn reaches the 12th fret.
a pair of 35" scale EMGs, neck through and 3 band EQ? sounds pretty good to me
Many thanks for confirming this for me.

Dean Edge Select Models made in Czech Republic
The MIK Edge Pro came about to replace the Czech made Edge Select Models.
Hope it meets your expectations. I am of the opinion that they are very underrated.Yea that was my first choice, saw Rodney McGs video on them back when I was in full Spector throttle. but there don’t seem to be any in the market.
just ordered this MIK Edge Pro 5 for 400 bucks! the same shop has a tiger eye version for the same price if anyone has been searching.
Thanks for the help guys, I’ll report back with some thoughts when it comes in!
