That's hilarious! When I contacted you privately I knew you had a lot of Dean basses. I had no idea you were in charge of the Club too. Glad to be here! Thanks...Number coming up!

I just really like original looking metal domed knurled knobs.Yes, the knobs came with the preamp. One reason I like Audere so much, aside from their superior customer service, is that their preamps are so easy to order in almost any configuration you can think of. They also use small high quality sealed pots which makes wiring easier in smaller control cavities. I agree with re the EMG knobs. Their stuff is well made; you'd think they could come up with higher quality knobs.
Thank you for the compliment as well as for the Club Membership Number!Really Nice job on the mods on your Edge 1 Six String!

I get most of my knobs these days from Temu.com, sometimes from Aliexpress.I just really like original looking metal domed knurled knobs.
Interesting. I have one bass made in India. It is a Chowny Volante. Very well made instrument. To my surprise, it looks like my DZPL Mule bass was made in India. I was thinking is was Korean made but today, I found this next to the strap button.
I was not aware India had guitar manufacturing.

You posted this back in November 2023 too. Anything different about it since then? Like it more? Play it more?Trans black flame on my Dean Caddy A.P. sig. "Outlaw" bassView attachment 7076978
Any updates?I know, but I am not into Barts. The EMG Hz is their cheap line so probably not much of an upgrade to the ones installed.
I'll write a short review when I checked the bass out!
Yes, it is a Dean 2010 EQAB Quilt Ash Exotica, but without the Aphex circuit. Definitely a looker.![]()

saw this at the bottom of a page here on TB. Thought it is a looker!
Would love to see pix, unless you already posted them here somewhere and could just refer to the post #.At ONE time I had the first 4 Dean DOA basses. Silverburst Caddy, Cherryburst V, Blueburst Z, and Trans Green ML.
Fun basses that you don't see very often.
SWEET!These 3 are not my pics, but show what they looked like.
