Deep Impact is BACK!

Yesterday I've discovered a Deep Impact and an Unibass that lied in a corner of a big shop (not in my town), unsold since years.

Bought for 50 euros each.

Another shop in my town has another Unibass (always unsold from years) and the prize is 180 euros...

Question for you long time or even new DI users:

Mine is currently in repair for a dodgy knob. - The dad control knob that lets you alter the value of each preset tone. You're supposed to be able to edit between 1 - 9, with the default at 5.

No matter which way you turned the knob on mine, it would only go back down to one. - Ie: never over 5. Most annoying.

Texc's did this aswell. Any others?

ADVICE: The 9v power supply that comes with the Deep Impact will occassionally cause erratic and glitchy behavior if you gig at a place with low or inconsistent power. It took me quite awhile to track down the cause. The Deep Impact is VERY sensitive to undervoltage. ALL of my problems with it were solved when I started using a Boss 9.6V power supply. I highly recommend it IMMEDIATELY!!!!
