Thank you very much. The aluminum frame is a sort of backbone of the instrument. It has 4 special point on which the wooden body is "suspended". Nothin touch this body (neck, pickups, electronics) except for the bridge. The bridge is the only thing that touches the body and tranfers vibrations to the body which is free to vibrate over these four "nodes".

Hello Folks! I'd like to share my latest creation with you.
My first Hasaki bass, which takes up the concept I developed over ten years ago for my electric guitars.
The body is made of Val di Fiemme spruce, the neck is Italian walnut and the fretboard is Pauferro.

It has a passive circuitry that allows the two pickups (which I make myself) to be combined in series, in parallel and with a "Motown"-style sound. Master volume and pickup blend.

Yes, I make my own pickups. These are a sort of P90 for bass, single coils btw

Thank you very much! The electronics are all inserted in that piece that is detachable from the bass. I make my own pickups (all of them, also the pole pieces) and they are a sort of P90, single coils btw.
There are master volume and a blender and a three positions switch with series, parallel and a sort of dark "Motown" sound. Quite versatile at the end...
