Difficult wiring, for REAL! NEED HELP!

I have an instrument with 2 humbuckers, 2 vol, 2 tone, coil tap and phase...

But the wierd part is this... The original pickup switch was a spdt switch (on/off/on) And it was wired so the pickups worked as they should, with bridge, both, and neck...

How in the FUDGE do I wire this thing back to stock, because I cannot remember to save my life...

Nope, it's not one of those. I put one in, that doesn't quite fit as well as I wanted, but it works. I want to go back to the original wiring, though.
 
ok, you need an SPDT on/off/on switch. You may have a DPDT, which is also ok.

Connect the middle lead to ground.
Connect the top/bottom lugs with the neck/bridge hot leads respectively.

So from top to bottom it would go neck hot/ground/bridge hot.

You may want to reverse the neck and bridge positions on the switch, as you please. Or, just rotate the switch 180 degrees ;)

And then where would you hook up the output to the jack...?

The output to jack is not connected to the switch at all; but the ground of the jack is connected, directly or indirectly.

The output to the jack should come from your volume pots.

Actually, as I think about it more, it seems like when the switch is to the left or right, and your volumes are both up, your whole bass should be shunted to ground, giving 0 output...

Maybe you need an on/on/on after all...!
