Digitech Jamman, anyone record with it?

Hey,

Has anyone recorded a gig or practice with the Jamman with a mic into the jamman? Since there's gobs of storage I have read you could do this, but it would be in mono.

Anyone have success doing it?

I've asked this a few times in different forms and I apologize for the redundancy. I like the jamman, I would like a looper to practice with, metronome, play along with tunes (put an MP3 onto the card) AND record practices.

There are alot of 2-4 track records out the BR600, zoom ,etc. and stand-alone recorders...H4n, etc. BUT nothing that can do everything I would like...maybe I am S.O.L.?

The jamman seems much simpler to use than a recorder, and easier to deal with than BIAB...I'm on the road alot for business and the bass is a pain to carry as it is.

The jamman...metronome, "could" use live in a limited fashion, can transfer MP3's, can practice singing harmony, and allegedly CAN record. And it is smaller than the Boss ME50.

Any opinions, thoughts...please!

Thanks,
Berg
